1. General Information
Thorneapple Designs specializes in handcrafted gemstone jewelry and seasonal décor. Each item is made with care and intention. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.
2. Product Descriptions
We strive to represent each item as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns only for items damaged or broken during shipping. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
- If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not offer refunds, but damaged items may be repaired or replaced depending on availability.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders ship within the timeframe stated on product pages. Delays due to holidays or events will be communicated clearly.
5. Damages & Issues
Inspect items upon arrival and contact us immediately at thorneapple@outlook.com for any issues. We will work with you to resolve them through repair or replacement.
6. Wholesale & Event Sales
Items sold through wholesale partnerships or at in-person events are subject to the same quality standards but may have adjusted policies depending on the venue. Buyers are encouraged to confirm return terms at point of sale.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, we will arrange either a repair or replacement based on the nature of the damage and item availability.
Please note that refunds are not issued, and all remedies are limited to repair or replacement for items damaged in shipping.
